Toilet Feedback Panel
The feedback panel is an intuitive touchscreen panel that allows the public to leave feedback after service. After feedback is submitted, a ticket will be generated and sent to the Simpple system. With the instant feedback touchscreen panel in toilets, managers can get real-time feedback on the clean levels and accurately delegate cleaners.
Once the complaints have crossed the set threshold, an alert will be sent to the cleaners. Instant feedback gives managers a better understanding of visitors’ expectations of the toilets, in terms of cleanliness and functionality
